Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your Salty Tiles purchase.

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less original shipping costs.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used mahjong sets
• Personalized or custom items
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
