For preorder or limited-edition collections, estimated shipping dates will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

Orders are shipped via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Salty Tiles currently ships within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping provider. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Salty Tiles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
